3. Booking Changes
Any request to change a booking should be made as soon as possible.
Changes to the pickup time, date, location, destination, vehicle type or passenger/luggage requirements may affect the price or availability of the service.
A change is not confirmed until BijouCars Ltd has accepted it.

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund, subject to any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur up to 100% of the booking price.
No-Show
If a passenger fails to attend the agreed pickup location within the applicable waiting period and cannot be contacted, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the full booking price may be charged.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank and may take several business days.
Any applicable non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
8. Airport Pickups and Flight Delays
Where a flight number has been provided, BijouCars Ltd may monitor the flight where a suitable flight-monitoring service is available.
Customers should provide the correct flight number and arrival information.
Flight monitoring does not guarantee that a chauffeur will be able to accommodate unlimited delays or changes.
For airport pickups, 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time will normally be provided after the recorded landing time, unless different terms have been agreed.
For other pickup locations, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time will normally be provided after the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting charges may apply after the complimentary waiting period.
If the passenger is delayed for reasons outside the control of BijouCars Ltd, the Client remains responsible for applicable waiting, parking or other charges.
9. Chauffeur Arrival and Passenger Delays
Passengers should be ready for collection at the agreed pickup time.
Where a chauffeur arrives at the agreed pickup location and the passenger is not ready, the applicable complimentary waiting period will begin.
Passengers should keep their telephone available so that the chauffeur or BijouCars Ltd can contact them if necessary.
Failure to respond to reasonable attempts to make contact may result in the booking being treated as a no-show.

In circumstances where the booked vehicle is unavailable due to breakdown, accident, maintenance, safety concerns or another operational issue, BijouCars Ltd may provide a suitable alternative vehicle where reasonably possible.
All vehicles used for our services will be maintained and operated in accordance with applicable legal, licensing and safety requirements.

The following are prohibited:
- Smoking or vaping where prohibited
- Illegal drugs or substances

The chauffeur or driver may refuse or terminate a journey where a passenger’s behaviour presents a safety risk or is abusive, threatening, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
Where a journey is terminated for these reasons, the Client may remain liable for the full booking price and any reasonable additional costs.
13. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning
The Client may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage to, or excessive cleaning required for, a vehicle caused by the Client or a passenger.
This may include:
- Damage to seats or interior fittings
- Spilled liquids or food

15. Child Seats
Child seats may be available upon request, subject to availability and the vehicle being suitable for the required seat.
Customers should request a child seat when making the booking and provide the child’s relevant age, height or weight information where necessary to help determine the appropriate seat.
The parent or guardian remains responsible for ensuring that the child is properly supervised and safely secured.

Where an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange its return.
Reasonable delivery, postage or collection costs may apply.
19. Airport, Hotel and Venue Regulations
Passengers must comply with the rules and instructions of airports, hotels, railway stations, private venues and other locations.
Additional parking, access, drop-off, collection or waiting charges imposed by third parties may be passed on to the Client where applicable.
20. Liability
BijouCars Ltd will take reasonable care to provide safe and reliable transportation services.
However, we cannot guarantee that a journey will always operate without interruption or delay.
To the extent permitted by law, BijouCars Ltd will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, flight disruption, airport delays, strikes or other unforeseen events.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, where we are legally liable for a loss arising directly from a specific booking, our liability may be limited to the amount paid for that booking, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
21. Missed Flights and Connections
Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to reach airports, railway stations and other destinations.
BijouCars Ltd does not guarantee that a passenger will arrive by a particular time due to traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airport procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We therefore recommend allowing sufficient additional travel time when making airport or time-critical bookings.
22. Force Majeure
BijouCars Ltd will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government restrictions
- Security incidents

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that services are provided in accordance with applicable legal and safety requirements.
24. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection legislation.
For information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
